Service Description

Your first hypnotherapy session is an in depth consultation. We will explore together your reasons for seeking help, and I will guide you through an introductory relaxation session so that you know what to expect in future sessions. As we explore the issue that you are seeking help with I will assess the suitability of hypnotherapy for you and in most cases I will be able to offer you a course of hypnotherapy to help with your issue. Occasionally, a client will have deeper rooted struggles that are beyond my remit as a hypnotherapist in which case I will refer you on to an alternative therapist.
