About the event
In this free online introduction to Hypnotherapy I will explain how hypnotherapy works and what it is often used for. I will guide a short mediation/relaxation so that if you want to you can experience a state of trance for yourself, and then I will answer any questions you may have about hypnosis.
If you would prefer not to participate in the relaxation and want to just to remain a curious observer, then that is absolutely fine :)
